It was another jam-packed episode of 90210 Tuesday, with four shocking revelations for the beautiful people of Beverly Hills.

First: Adriana is pregnant! At a support group with her sponsor, Kelly (Jennie Garth) and Brenda (Shannen Doherty) by her side, recovering addict Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) learned that her friend, who she slept with a “couple times,” contracted HIV and relapsed. Brenda and Kellie insisted she get herself tested and accompanied her to a clinic. There, Adriana found out that she’s HIV-negative — but she was pregnant! After plenty of tears, she called Navid (Michael Steger).

Second: Brenda can’t have kids! At the clinic, Brenda freaked out when she heard that Adrianna was pregnant and ran out. Later, Kelly confronted her and Brenda revealed that she had complications with her thyroid problem and will not be able to have children of her own. “I’m pathetic. I’m jealous of a 16-year-old girl,” she explained about why she left suddenly. But then she revealed that she wanted to adopt.

Third: Sean is an imposter! Annie (Shenae Grimes) overheard her new brother on the phone talking about the money and asked him about it. Sean (Josh Henderson) told the family that his adoptive father got into serious gambling debt and committed suicide. Now Sean owed mean people money. Harry (Rob Estes) was ready to borrow against his 401K or use his kids’ college funds. But Annie and her mom confronted Harry and told him they didn’t trust Sean. When Harry asked him to take a paternity test, he said he would, but slipped out during the night instead. However, stopped by his “mother’s” home and scammed Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) and her mom out of $200,000 before skipping town.

Fourth: Christina is a bisexual cheerleader! Dixon (Tristan Wilds) accompanied his friend Christina (Lauren London) to a gospel event at her father’s home. He was happy to be around other African-Americans from Beverly Hills but felt uncomfortable when she invited him to dinner. He told her he has a girlfriend and Christina revealed that she did too and she wasn’t hitting on him, just being friendly. Then, he sang “Amazing Grace.”

When Debbie (Lori Loughlin), Harry (Rob Estes), Annie (Shenae Grimes), Dixon (Tristan Wilds) and Sean (guest star Josh Henderson) spend the evening playing games, Annie overhears a phone call with Sean that raises suspicion. Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) invites Brenda (Shannen Doherty) to attend a support day at her rehab center, but the day quickly turns upside down when Adrianna learns information that will cause her life to change forever. Brenda and Kelly (Jennie Garth) stand by Adrianna’s side and Brenda reveals a secret she has been hiding from Kelly. Dixon and Christina’s (guest star Lauren London) friendship continues to grow when she invites him over to her house, an invitation he hides from Silver (Jessica Stroup). Dustin Milligan, Ryan Eggold, AnnaLynne McCord, Michael Steger and Jessica Walter also star. Stuart Gillard directed the episode written by Jennifer Cecil.

GAMES PEOPLE PLAY!
Upon seeing Annie (Shenae Grimes) and Ethan (Dustin Milligan) kissing, Naomi (AnnaLynne) decides to take matters into her own hands to get back at Annie for her deceit. The students are in shock about the news that Ryan (Ryan Eggold) hooked up with one of the students, Kimberly (guest star Jessica Lucas), and that he has taken a leave of absence. Kelly (Jennie Garth) returns from her trip to visit Dylan and confronts Ryan about the allegations. Harry (Rob Estes) and Debbie (Lori Loughlin) throw a party for Annie’s sixteenth birthday, and everyone except Naomi is surprised when someone from Annie’s past shows up. Annie and Naomi get into a screaming argument about their alleged backstabbing. After having dinner with Navid and his family, Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) learns that Navid (Michael Steger) is a virgin. Jessica Walter, Tristan Wilds, and Jessica Stroup also star. SUMMARY

Annie (Shenae Grimes) prepares for her driver’s test and works out a plan with Ethan (Dustin Milligan) so they can attend the Homecoming dance without officially making it a date. Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) confesses about her drug use, effectively clearing Naomi’s (AnnaLynne McCord) name, and is forced to check into rehab for her addiction. With no one left to turn to, Adrianna finds Navid (Michael Steger) by her side, determined to help her through her pain. At the dance, Ryan (Ryan Eggold) catches Kimberly (guest star Jessica Lucas) buying drugs from a student but is even more surprised to learn that she is an undercover cop. After a conversation with Tabitha (Jessica Walter), Debbie (Lori Loughlin) confronts Tracy (guest star Christina Moore) about her inappropriate behavior towards Harry (Rob Estes), and despite her root canal pain, Silver (Jessica Stroup) and Dixon (Tristan Wilds) dance the night away.
